This special two-hour workshop will focus on developing both inner peace and awakening. We will explore basic aspects of emotional balance vs imbalance, discuss the science behind mind-body treatment and explore related yoga philosophy. Utilizing asana, pranayama, meditation, readings/poems, journaling and chanting, feelings of anxiety and depression will be reduced, bringing balance to the emotional body.
Students will move from feelings of isolation and disconnectedness to an experience of wholeness and trust in themselves, as well as a realization of their connectedness to all beings.
